Dan Scherr

Dan Scherr, an experienced litigator, heads the litigation practice of Carney, Kelehan, Bresler, Bennett & Scherr. His practice includes construction cases, commercial litigation and personal injury matters. He represents contractors, businesses, boards of education, and individuals who face litigation or find the need to enforce their legal rights.

Mr. Scherr previously worked in the Office of General Counsel of The Rouse Company, where he engaged in real property matters dealing with shopping centers and the New Town of Columbia, Md. He eventually opened his own practice and became a member of the Howard County Office of the Public Defender for the State of Maryland.
