Michelle DiDonato

Michelle DiDonato is part of Carney, Kelehan, Bresler, Bennett & Scherr’s real estate practice. She is experienced in representing developers in real estate acquisition and financing as well as lenders in connection with the financing of commercial and multifamily projects. She is well versed in title insurance, having handled commercial closings.

Additionally, Ms. DiDonato has amassed a wealth of knowledge in matters concerning the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Her clients include lenders and developers in connection with HUD financing for multifamily and nursing home projects. She also works with property owners in other HUD-related matters from Section 8 renewals and IRP decouplings to utility conversions.

Ms. DiDonato is also of counsel to The Jim Rouse Entrepreneurial Fund, Inc. in Howard County, Md.
