As an attorney with CarneyKelehan’s real estate group, Austin Klinger advises clients in real estate law, including land acquisition and development, multi-family, affordable, zoning, government approvals, leasing, construction and real estate disputes. Mr. Klinger also advises clients on solar leasing.
Prior to joining CarneyKelehan, Klinger drafted estate planning documents and contracts and conducted legal research for the Law Offices of Craig R. Habicht. He was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Melissa Phinn of the Baltimore City Circuit Court. Klinger also served as a law clerk for the Seledee Law Group and The Law Office of Anthony C. Onwuanibe.
Klinger holds a law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was a member and vice president of the Real Estate Law Association. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Towson University.
