Owen C. Jarvis is an attorney with CarneyKelehan, LLP, focusing his practice on real estate matters including land use and zoning, landlord tenant matters, and litigation. He brings to this work over 15 years of diverse legal experience.

Prior to joining CarneyKelehan, LLP, Mr. Jarvis served as the Director of Legal Services at St. Ambrose Housing Aid Center in Baltimore City for nine years. In this role he maintained a caseload of real estate matters for underserved populations, and grew the organization’s partnerships with community organizations and outreach programs.

Mr. Jarvis is licensed to practice in Maryland and before the United States District Court for Maryland. He holds a law degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and bachelor’s degrees in English and Philosophy from Salisbury University.
