Evan Feldman concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, business and commercial law, corporate governance, estate planning and administration and tax compliance and controversy. Mr. Feldman has counseled clients on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, landlord-tenant, financing and loan compliance.
Mr. Feldman also handles multi-faceted business acquisitions and dispositions, including negotiating, drafting, revising and consummating contracts and related supporting documents. He counsels clients on estate planning objectives and has drafted various documents to implement objectives including simple and complex wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, financial powers of attorney, advance directives and other related documents.
Mr. Feldman earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and his bachelor’s in accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park. He has thirty years of experience in the legal profession.
