Peter Fastow

Peter is an attorney with Carney, Kelehan, Bresler, Bennett & Scherr, where he focuses on affordable housing, commercial real estate and finance. Mr. Fastow has been practicing law in the state of Maryland since 1992. He represents developers, housing authorities and lenders, where he can step in to any phase of the real estate development process.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fastow was an attorney for the Housing Authority of Baltimore City where he represented the agency with large redevelopment projects and public housing Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) conversions.
