CarneyKelehan represents owners, contractors and lenders in the development, financing, operation and management of projects insured by HUD as well as represents owners in the transfer of physical assets of HUD-insured projects. We also represent Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Lenders in loan transactions under the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac product lines, as well as owners seeking to utilize these product lines.

Understanding of Commercial, Mixed-use and Residential Projects
CarneyKelehan is heavily involved in conventional- and government-insured or assisted commercial and mixed-used real estate projects and residential real estate finance. We represent local and regional lenders and developers as well as a wide range of nationally based clients for local representation.

Experience with Developers
We work with many developers in the purchase, sale and subdivision of single family and commercial land parcels as well as in the drafting of relevant homeowners’ association documents and condominium documents (both residential and commercial).
