Civil Litigation/Administrative Law Attorney
Range: $150,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year
Job description:
- Immediate opening for successful, motivated attorney, with 3 – 5 (or more) years of litigation experience (courts, administrative and/or ADR) to join education law and litigation group of highly regarded law firm in Columbia, MD. Experience in government/public sector law, particularly education and/or special education practice a plus
- Position requires ambitious, driven individual with excellent legal research and writing skills, litigation experience, oral and written advocacy skills, strong interpersonal skills
- Must be a quick study and have a desire to learn new subject areas and projects quickly, with an interest in developing own practice with autonomy
- Must be able to function well in deadline-driven environment and have flexibility to work additional hours and travel to client locations in Maryland when necessary
- Must work in-person/onsite in Columbia office initially, with hybrid work opportunity available at the discretion of the managing attorneys
